A super light tapered nesteable pail 8L nominal volume has been delivered in August. Only 230g and 1mm wall thickness. Easy opening feature in a completely water tight gasket-less container.

A new 15L LeverTainer pail weight only 450g is in production with IM labelling and automatic take-off system cycling in 15s.

Component design, mould design and manufacture for a 10L tapered nesteable pail. Production cell includes a fast in-mould-label fast robot + pail stacker.

BoCan has started-up a twin cavity mould for a cylindrical new design bucket.

The mould has been improved for im label fit in, resulting in a significant cycle time reduction and lower production scraps.

A new special 'flip top' 12L container has been recently launched.

This innovative model is designed according to a 'ready to paint' concept as one can squeeze the paint roller along the bottom of the lid after folding it up.

A smart twin lever system allows the user open the lid very easily and keep hands clean from paint.
